About the Role:
The website administrator and IT support is responsible for the upkeep of the London Ballet Circle (LBC) website https://www.tlbc.org.uk/ and other IT related tasks. The tasks and required skills associated with this role are as follows:
Key Tasks:
- Ensure information on all web pages is up to date (including the publication of the annual report, and the list of current trustees)
- Update the website and refresh banner images when new materials are available
- Post LBC event reports that are written by trustees
- Liaise with LBC video editor and post In Conversation recordings to the Members page
- Post the latest edition of the LBC newsletters
- Track website traffic on Google Analytics, and report this to trustees
- Monitor and update email addresses for LBC trustees using Google Admin
- Host LBC Zoom meetings / webinars
- Maintain the LBC Google Drive and ensure access to the LBC shared drive is updated
- Assist with other IT systems including a financial system and database
- Attend trustee meetings
Key Skills:
- Confidence using technology (i.e. happy using basic commands such as copy and paste, and formatting text)
- Able to follow basic instructions to post and edit website content
- Able to proof read and copy edit articles
- Communication with stakeholders, including trustees and White Fuse
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with zoom and/or White Fuse or any website builder
- Desirable Skills:
- Graphic design
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Linktree)
Requirements:
- Aged 18 or over
- Member of the LBC
- Live in the UK
- Your own computer with necessary software installed to carry out required tasks

1-2 hours a week
