The LBC runs numerous events throughout the year, including a series of webinars with some of the world’s foremost ballet stars and choreographers. We are looking for an individual to help with the running of these webinars, playing a vital role in enabling the LBC to share these interviews live with members across the world.

Please note: Full training as to how to set up and run webinars will be provided by the LBC.

The Role

  • Set up webinars using zoom
  • Run zoom webinars on behalf of the LBC
  • Liaise with interviewers prior to talks to establish if any media is to be shared in talks
  • Find and download any media to be used in talks
  • Share the recording of the webinar with the event reporter and any other individuals as required

Your Skills

  • Familiarity with Zoom platform
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong technological ability (or at least a capacity to learn)

Mandatory

  • Aged 18 or over
  • Member of the LBC
  • Live in the UK
  • Able and willing to attend our ‘in conversation’ zoom events (approx. once a month) 
  • Your own computer, with zoom installed

Optional but encouraged:

  • Experience running zoom webinars before
