Northern Ballet are one of 5 companies to benefit from our 2024 Choreographic Award announced at our AGM on 11 March. Their award of £3,000 is for their Sketches project which supports eight early career choreographers from within Northern Ballet, and also from the wider Leeds dance world.
The LBC Is delighted to receive an invitation to visit Northern Ballet’s purpose-built facility in Leeds, for a tour of their facilities, and to watch a rehearsal of Sketches.
This is the first time that the LBC has offered an event outside of London and it is hoped our members in the area will support it. Of course, members from anywhere including London are welcome too! There are only 22 places available, so don’t hesitate.
