Led by former Premier Dancer, Pippa Moore, the Breaktime Barre is a virtual wellbeing workshop designed to get everyone up and moving with sessions themed around different Northern Ballet productions including The Nutcracker, The Little Mermaid, Swan Lake and I Got Rhythm. All movements can be done seated or standing, so the session is accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. All you need is a clear space with room to move your arms and legs freely, and some comfortable clothing.

Expertly led by former Northern Ballet Premier Dancer Pippa Moore (left) and skilled dance workshop leader Philippa Ranger, the 35-minute workshop will take us through a series of very light exercises as we become swans, seaweed and more!  Following the workshop, Pippa Moore will be on hand as the Northern Ballet hosts a Q&A session. Questions may be asked in advance (on the form) as well as on the day.

Both the NB and the LBC hope that members will seize the opportunity to join this special event from the comfort of their homes.

To register, please complete and submit the online form (via  northernballet.com/london-ballet-circle) no later than the 28th April.

You will need your LBC membership number. On this occasion, participants will receive the joining information direct from Northern Ballet, not the LBC. There is nothing to pay when you register, but you can donate online to Northern Ballet and donations via the Donate button on the LBC website are always gratefully received.
